Missing you

Ellen was a girl who came from Japan and moved to Italian since 2 years ago. Now, Ellen had been school at Sunior High School class eleven. At school, she was ordinary girl. She didn’t popular person like the other person who can easily got closer with the other person, although she was beautiful girl. Maybe, too difficult to communicated with her friends.

One morning, at break time, Ellen was alone in class and was writing diary as usual. She was writing about love poetry for someone who she loved since she moved to Italian. But, she was afraid to said to him because he was popular boy and smart boy in this school, of course she can’t said it to him, how can a ordinary girl said to boy who she loved that “I love you, would you to be my boyfriend?” of course not! A popular girl also can’t said it to boy who she loved.

Suddenly, Elli startled Ellen and struggled her diary. Ellen was suprised. She tried to took her diary again. But, Elli read loudly Ellen’s love poetry. Ellen just silent. Bad news, the boy entered class and listen hers. Ellen shocked again, she forgot that she wrote the boy’s name. “To Rick” said Elli. Ellen’s face got red. She just sat on her chair and closed her face because she was shy. Rick also shocked heard it. Rick just calm down and returned to his chair. Ellen felt a little sad, because Rick seen not care about it.

After that event, Ellen and Rick always be laughing stock. Their friends spoke that they were a couple in class until all teachers almost knew that Ellen and Rick were couple. It was very scandal. But, one day, at cook’s class, suddenly Rick gave a chocolate cake to Ellen. Ellen was suprised, inside Ellen’s heart said “what’s wrong? I don’t understand what’s happening in here?” Wow... Appearences, Rick wanted to be Ellen’s boyfriend. He also recognized that he loved Ellen before he heard Ellen’s love poetry. It was good. Of course Ellen accept a chocolate cake and be Rick’s girlfriend. Ellen thought that it was the best day ever and unforgottable day.

Since that, Rick and Ellen always together every day, every time, every minutes, and every seconds. They a sweet couple in their school. They indivisible couple. Finally, it was time for allot of raport to next class. As usual, Rick reached first rank in his class. But, Ellen gaping at Rick’s face, Rick was pull a long face. A book raport which hold with Ellen fell down. Ellen refrain for cried. Ellen shocked after heard what Rick said to hers. Ellen had to settled for that Rick must emigrated to England. Rick hold Ellen’s hand and said “I’m sorry, I will leaving you.” Ellen ran toward her car, and left Rick alone in front of class.

The next day, Rick going to England with his family. Ellen came to airport to saw him for the last time. With tears, Ellen must allowed Rick to went to England. “I’m so sorry. I must go and leaving you alone. I’m gonna miss you. I love you,” said Rick and hugged Ellen. Ellen just cried. Rick wiped her tears and wave goodbye with smile. Ellen just saw him from long distance. On the way back to home, Ellen was remember at the moment together with Rick. Suddenly, Ellen stopped her car and wept. She missed so much with Rick. She felt so miss him. Usally Rick always beside Ellen, but now, he already went and left her. Ellen confused what she will did after this. Now, Ellen just wanted Rick here with her, and joked with him like before. “I am lonely without you. Can you come back for me? Here with me. Don’t leave me alone. I miss you. I wanna you beside me. Hiks.. Take me with you, darl...”

JACK

Jack is a young  wanderer  who lived at bed sitting room since 4 months ago. He is a student in senior high school. During he lived in there, he never paid punctually until arreared. So, everyday the owner bed sitting room came to jack’s room and addicted Jack’s debt. Because Jack always delayed the payment, its owner already tired with his motives to it. “You should be pay the arreared now, or tomorrow you may not tread your feet on here room again!” said the owner. “OK, just that, mam?” Answered Jack calmly. The owner greatly amazed after heard Jack’s answered. “OK, when i came here the next morning, you must do it.” Said the owner. Jack only smile.

The next morning.....
When the owner came to Jack’s room, she flabbergasted that Jack still in there. “Why you still in here? You must do our promise!” said the owner. “Yes, I am already do our promise.” Answered Jack. The owner was confused.  “In our promise, you just ask me to not tread my feet on here room again, right?” said Jack. “Yes, so why you still tread your feet in room?”. “Of course, look at that, now I am not tread my feet. I just lie down on my bed.”.

"no, you may not go to the jungle." answered Mam. "Why ? give me 2 reason why you not give me permission to the jungle?" said Sohn. "OK, first in there so very dangerous. second, I don't wanna alone. so?" said Mam. "i'm still want to go, taught you prohibit me."said Sohn.                 In the party, everybody rolled to congratulation to Arini. Suddenly, Ika and Julian came to party.

Julian     : Happy birthday, Ar! (shake hand)

Arini      : Where is Nikon? Why he don’t come?

Ika        : I don’t know. Julian, do you know where is Nikon?

Julian     : Oh i’m forget to tell you that Nikon was accident

Ika        : Oh my God! Astaghfirullahhaladzim.

               I’m so sad about that

Arini      : Stay calm, guys! Tomorrow we must came to his home to see him

Julian     : Okay. I think, I should to come back. See you tomorrow

               The next day, Arini, Julian, and Ika arrived at Nikon’s home.

All         : Assalamu’alaikum

                Nikon’s mother opened the door and asked them to enter Nikon’s bedroom.

Julian     : Hello, my friend. Are you okay?

Nikon    : Hai. Emm.. My leg still injured

Ika        : I also have sad with your condition

Nikon    : It’s okay. It will be better soon. I also thankful to Allah, because I still life until now

Arini      : Of course, Nikon. I agree with you

Ika        : Did you already to check your condition in hospital

Nikon    : Yes, I did

Julian     : Now, do you want to fighting with me liked yesterday?

Nikon    : Are you kidding boy? Hahahahaha....

Arini       : Okay boys, stop kidding.

Once upon a time, there lived a hen and her children. They lived in the small forest.

One day, they were happily playing together. Suddenly, there came a big cat that was hunger. The cat wanted eat the chick. While the cat would be pouncing the chick, the hen pecked the body of cat, so the cat in pain. But the cat kept stay in there, although the cat already some pecked. Finally, the hen exhausted. While the hen was careless, one of the chick was eaten by cat. The hen and its siblings were very sad and trauma because this incident.

After long time since that incident, the chicks grew until adolescent with the hen that always close them. The cat never came back, but came a scary rabbit that get near them. Then, the hen protected her children. The rabbit stay calm, but the hen stay pecked its. The rabbit ran and keep away from the chickens. Although the rabbit had been pecked by the hen, the rabbit stay in there, around the chickens. Everyday, the rabbit approached the chickens to try to in relation friendship, but the hen always pecked the rabbit.

One day, the big cat came again. Then the chickens were wary. The hen was started worry, the hen pecked the body of cat, but the cat keep stay. The chickens exhausted, but the rabbit came and helped them. The rabbit catched up the cat. The cat ran every which way  until the cat ran off. The hen felt vey happy and thankful to rabbit. During the days, the hen misunderstanding with the rabbit. Finally, the chickens and the rabbit life together and they become best friend.

The hen misunderstanding and always careful with evey condition.

Iban People

Indonesia is a country that has many provinces. One of the province is West Kalimantan. West Kalimantan is a province in Indonesia that has 2 main tribes in it; Malaynese and dayaknese. Dayak as the native tribe of West Kalimantan consists of 350 subtribes. One of them is Dayak Iban.

The Ibans are a branch of the Dayaknese of Kalimantan.  They were formerly known during the colonial period by the British as Sea Dayaks. Ibans were renowned for practising headhunting and tribal expansion. In ancient times the Ibans were a strong and successful warring tribe in Kalimantan. They speak the Iban language.

The origin of the name Iban is a mystery, although many theories exist. Some believe that the word Iban was an ancient original Iban word for people or man. The Ibans were the original inhabitants of Kalimantan. Not much is known about Iban people before the arrival of the Western expeditions to Asia. Nothing was ever recorded by any voyagers about them.

The Ibans were traditionally animist, although the majority are now Christian, some of them Muslim and many continue to observe both Christian and traditional ceremonies, particulary during marriages or festival.

Significant festivals include the rice harvesting festival Gawai Dayak, the main festival for the Ibans. The Iban traditional dance, the ngajat, is performed accompanied by the taboh and gendang, the Ibans' traditional music. Tuak, which is originally made of rice, is a wine used to serve guests. 

Iban music is percussion-oriented  without any accompanying melodic instrument. The typical Iban agung ensemble will include a set of engkerumungs (small agungs arranged together side by side and played like a xylophone), a tawak (the so-called 'bass'), abendai (which acts as a snare) and also a set of ketebung (a single sided drum/percussion).

Iban can be divided into different branches which are named after the geographical areas where they reside. The Kantu, Air Tabun, Semberuang, Sebaru’, Bugau, Mualang, and along with many other groups are classed as “Ibanic people” by anthopologists. They can be related to the Iban either by the dialect they speak or their customs, rituals and their way of life.
